The laboratory report of corrosion-resistant salt mist spray test lasting for more than 2000 hours is available. Baked enamel meets requirements for salt mist corrosion resistance in coastal environments and resistance to pollution of dust and acid media in industrial environments. Coating surfaces shall be free of chalking, discoloration, blistering and cracking and they shall be maintenance-free.
Purlin systems are made of cold-rolled high-strength hot-dipped galvanized plate coil by means of press forming, with the double-sided zinc coating mass ≥275g/m2 or 350g/m2 for better performance.
